TPNI PLUS by Laboratorio Echevarne is a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) performed from a maternal blood sample starting from week 9 of pregnancy.

Suitable for:
-Singleton pregnancy
-Singleton pregnancy via egg donation (Monosomy X, 22q11.2 microdeletion, and Triploidy are not reported)
-Twin pregnancy – reports fetal sex for each fetus, zygosity, and fetal fraction
-Dizygotic twin pregnancy (Monosomy X, 22q11.2 microdeletion, and Triploidy are not reported)
-Monozygotic twin pregnancy (Triploidy is not reported)

•Low risk: confirms with 99% certainty that the fetus does not have the analysed syndromes, although it does not completely rule out other abnormalities.
•High risk: it is essential to consult your gynaecologist. There is a minimal possibility of a false-positive result, so a definitive diagnostic test, such as amniocentesis, is required.
